To simplify the management of scan's accessibility we are making the following changes on accessibility and notification of scans.

• Public: All free scans created on ostorlab.co are by default public. Notification of the scan completion is done by email.

• Private: All scans created with a personal account are private. Notification of the scan progress is done using the dashboard and is the recommended way to manage your scans, as several features, like scan artifcats are only accessible through the dashboard.
